Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before Shipment: If your order or the items you wish to cancel haven’t been shipped, you can contact our customer support team at or call our Helpline No: 742814-6627 (Mon-Sat 10:00 AM-6:00 PM) OR cancel directly from your Orders here. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.

Cancellation Post Shipment: If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our Customer Support team at If you’ve canceled an order already handed over to the courier company, they may attempt delivery. Kindly refrain from accepting the delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Send an email to with your purchase number and the specifics of the fault if there is a production defect (such as missing pages or ripped edges) to request a replacement.
  • Our shipping and packing procedures go through rigorous quality inspections. If problems occur, get in touch with customer support so they can help you with any difficulties.
  • After receiving a product that is defective or damaged, email pictures of the package. If a replacement is not available, we will arrange a complete refund.
  • Please let us know within 48 hours if a product you ordered is no longer needed. Shipments that have not been opened can be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable in these circumstances.

Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund within 7-10 business days. You will be notified of the refund via email.

The customer bears responsibility for any damage resulting from return travel; hence, it is recommended that return packages be securely wrapped.

All items can be returned as long as they are in the same condition as when they were bought. This covers the product’s original price tags and packaging.

The packaging materials for the goods must be in the same state as when it was delivered.

Products are not meant to be utilised.

All accessories must be returned with the product. Products must have a serial number; those without one will not be accepted.
