Estimated Delivery Time: We typically procure and ship items within business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays. The estimated delivery time depends on factors such as the product, its availability, the destination, and the courier partner’s location. The product will be delivered within 8 to 15 days from the date of dispatch, with dispatch times subject to your location and unforeseen conditions beyond our control.

Delivery Date Discrepancy: If the delivery date does not align with the X-Y business days timeline, it may be due to holidays between order placement and delivery. Additionally, some courier partners do not operate on Sundays, which is factored into the delivery dates.

Hidden Costs: There are no hidden charges on items sold by Harvey Products and Appliances. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The displayed product price is the total amount you would pay. Delivery charges, if applicable, are transparent and depend on shipping terms and conditions.

Serviceability in Your Area: To check if a product can be delivered to your location, enter your PIN code on the product page. If you haven’t provided your PIN code until checkout, your shipping address’s PIN code will be used to verify serviceability. Serviceability depends on our courier partnerships, legal restrictions, and the availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

Cash on Delivery (CoD) Option: We do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option at the time of delivery.
